I discovered a box of shirts that I made back in 2014 to celebrate the achievement of the USA’s qualification for the World Cup that year in Brazil. As I was living and working in Columbus, Ohio at the time, the design was focused largely on the importance of the city to the qualification of the team in that year and in previous World Cup qualifications. The design was modestly popular at the time, and I printed it on posters, a couple advertisements, a sticker or two, and, most important, T-shirts.

There is a limited quantity of these available. They are items from a time long past, yet they look as though they were printed yesterday. These make great additions to a USA soccer collection, for someone who was cheering USA teams in the past, or even for younger supporters who are more recent fans of soccer in the United States.

This Main Engine Press garment is printed on a solid red 100% cotton unisex T-shirt. All printing is done in Ohio, United States using sustainable, responsibly produced, and ethically used ink. It is is pre-washed, and pre-shrunk; however, as with most cotton garments there may be slight shrinking.

All designs for Main Engine Press and Til I Die Football Club are based on the history and presence of football clubs around the world. Each is hand drawn, and then every garment is individually and manually screen printed. Our goal is to create a uniquely crafted work of art with every print that honors the soccer clubs that are the inspirations for the work.
